CLEANER SOCOCLEAN EXTERIOR AIRCRAFT CLEANER 5 L is a cleaner for aircraft exterior surfaces, including fuselage and landing gear. It contains 100% plant-based actives, with 100% of the ingredients derived from renewable resources, and is free of petroleum derivatives or chemical additives. The formula offers ultimate biodegradability on 100% of the formula, as proven by testing according to the OECD 301A guideline (28 days test).

SOCOCLEAN EXTERIOR AIRCRAFT CLEANER is suitable for metallic painted and unpainted surfaces, all metals, glasses and paints, composites, plastic materials, and acrylic plastics. It may be used on all surfaces without risk of attack or corrosion.

Uses

SOCOCLEAN EXTERIOR AIRCRAFT CLEANER can be used:

• Manually, by wiping with a mop or by brushing.
• With the robotic AEROWASH washing solution.
• With a high pressure system using hot or cold water.

Directions for Use

Use SOCOCLEAN EXTERIOR AIRCRAFT CLEANER diluted at ambient temperature, from 10% (w/w) with clean water up to 100%, depending on the level of soiling.

Manual application with a microfiber mopping pad:

• Dilute the product from 10% (w/w) with clean water up to 100%, depending on the level of soiling.
• Spray directly onto the surface or pour onto a microfiber mop, then apply to the surface.
• Leave for 1 minute. Do not allow the product to dry.
• Dry wipe with a clean, dry, soft microfiber.
• Do not allow the product to dry without wiping.

Application with AEROWASH robotic washing solution:

• Fill the AW robot with pure product.
• Place the AW robot next to the aircraft in DRY WASH washing position.
• Select the washing program from the operating panel according to the aircraft model.
• Apply dry wash fluid to the brush before washing.
• Wash the fuselage with the AW robot.
• Wash critical areas that cannot be cleaned with the AW robot manually.
