ADHESION PROMOTER SOCOGEL B 0202 BLUE / 1000 ML is a blue pre-paint sol-gel surface preparation designed to enhance the adhesion of aircraft primers and paints on metallic surfaces while providing anti-corrosion properties. Its blue colour allows the product to be visualised during application, and no rinsing is required after application.

SOCOGEL B0202 is developed from technology licensed by BOEING. The sol-gel conversion system consists of aqueous solutions of zirconium salts activated by an organo-silicon compound. After application, the solution forms a high-performance hybrid coating that enhances paint system adhesion on metals and alloys such as aluminium, titanium and stainless steel.
