RIO Middle East Trading LLC supplies aviation and industrial products within the UAE and internationally. Payment and delivery terms are confirmed for each order based on product availability, destination, and shipping requirements.
1. Payment
We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Payment details, currency, and applicable terms will be stated in our official quotation or invoice.
Unless approved credit terms have been agreed in writing, orders will be processed after payment has been received. Approved customers may be offered credit terms subject to prior agreement.
2. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to written confirmation by RIO, product availability, agreed payment terms, and any required end-user, destination, or regulatory information.
Products available from our Dubai stock and products ordered directly from the manufacturer may have different lead times.
3. Delivery Within the UAE
Delivery is available across the UAE and is subject to a delivery charge.
The delivery charge is calculated based on factors including:
- Delivery destination
- Order size and weight
- Transportation requirements
- Any special handling requirements
The applicable delivery charge will be included in the quotation or confirmed before delivery.
4. International Delivery and Collection
For international orders, shipping may be arranged by RIO or collected by the customer’s nominated courier or freight forwarder, as agreed between the parties.
Shipping terms, collection location, and related charges will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery or collection dates are provided after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Manufacturer lead time
- Destination
- Customs clearance
- Transport arrangements
- Regulatory requirements
Customers should not arrange collection until RIO confirms that the order is ready.
6. Shipping Charges
Freight, handling, export documentation, dangerous goods packaging, and other applicable charges are calculated separately according to the order and destination.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and destination charges are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Dangerous Goods
Certain products may be classified as dangerous goods and may require special packaging, documentation, or approved transportation.
Additional charges or shipping restrictions may apply.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery, end-user, and destination information when requested.
8. Tracking and Receipt
Tracking details or shipping documents will be provided when available.
Customers should inspect shipments upon receipt and promptly report any visible damage, shortage, or delivery discrepancy, together with supporting photographs and relevant documents.
