ACID DERUSTER AP-988 20L/5,3GAL/24KG PLAST PAIL is an acidic scale deoxidizer used as part of the turbine engine cleaning process. AP 988 assists in the removal of oxides and complex metallic heat scales from jet engine components as part of a multi-stage process.

AP 988 is a clear liquid blend of organic acids and inhibitors. Its liquid form provides ease of handling, while the use of agitating equipment can enhance results. 316 Stainless Steel Tank Units are recommended for use.
