WATERBASED CLEANER SOCOCLEAN A3432 5L/1.32GAL PLAST PAIL is a REACH-compliant, borate-free and silicate-free alkaline cleaner for immersion or spray cleaning, particularly on aluminium surface treatment lines. It removes soluble oils, oily temporary protections and ink and is compatible with aluminium, titanium and stainless steel alloys.

It is used particularly on aluminium surface treatment lines prior to sodium pickling or deoxidation steps with socosurf A1858/A18063 and can be applied by immersion or spray cleaning.

Key Features
- Excellent degreasing performance for removing soluble oils, oily temporary protections and ink.
- Degreases from 35 °C/95 °F.
- Specifically intended to replace degreasing baths containing sodium borate.
- Borate free, hexavalent chrome free and VOC free (volatile organic component according to EU regulation).
- 90% biodegradable according to OCDE 301F.
- Silicate-free solution leaves no residues on parts and is compatible with subsequent surface treatment processes including NDT, welding and anodizing.
- Compatible with aluminium, titanium and stainless steel alloys.
