PAINT STRIPPER SPC 909N 20L P is a water-based, hydrogen peroxide activated aircraft paint stripper with a long shelf life, designed for the efficient removal of difficult primers and multiple paint layers. Developed specifically for aerospace applications, SPC-909N provides a cost-effective and environmentally advantaged means of removing coatings from aircraft surfaces.

• Extremely effective for removing multiple paint layers, including lacquers, acrylic, alkyd, polyurethane and epoxy coatings, as well as difficult primers.
• Gel formulation clings to vertical and inverted surfaces.
• Blue color assists with coverage during application.
• Low evaporation rate allows the product to remain moist for extended periods.
• Biodegradable, low odor, low volatile organic compounds, non-flammable and noncarcinogenic.
• Contains no methylene chloride, formic or other acids, chlorinated/halogenated solvents, phenols, chromates, ammonia, caustics or NMP (N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone).
• Requires less overall product consumption compared with methylene chloride based removers.
• Safe on most aviation alloys.

Material Compatibility

When used as directed, SPC-909N can be used on aluminum, mild steel, high strength steel and titanium. It is not recommended for use on magnesium surfaces.
