SYNCLAIR A/C 5L
WATERBASED CLEANER – 5 L – SYNCLAIR A/C is a petroleum solvent free water-soluble cleaner for aircraft exteriors and aerospace parts, including fuselage, landing gear and wheel bays. Non-corrosive on metals, it can be applied with hot or cold water using baths, high pressure cleaners, wiping, brushing or the robotic AEROWASH solution.

WATERBASED CLEANER – 5 L – SYNCLAIR A/C is an efficient, petroleum solvent free water-soluble cleaner for aircraft exteriors and aerospace parts. Formulated for fast cleaning of air vehicles, fuselage, landing gear and wheel bays, it can be used with hot or cold water in baths, high pressure cleaners, by wiping or brushing, or with the robotic AEROWASH solution.
SYNCLAIR A/C is non-corrosive on all metals, including light metal alloys, as well as plastic materials, composites, glasses and paints. It can be used on these surfaces without risk of attack or corrosion and causes no embrittlement on high strength steel. Its high concentration of active ingredients allows high dilutions without loss of activity.

Directions for Use
Bath application: Use at a concentration from 5 to 20% at ambient temperature up to 55°C (131°F).
Manual application with high pressure system:
- Dilute the product in water at the rate of 5 to 10 % according to the nature of soils.
- Apply the solution and let it act a few minutes.
- Rinse with water under pressure while simultaneously brushing, or perform a hot rinse by means of a high-pressure washer lance.
Application with AEROWASH robotic washing solution:

- Fill the AW robot with pure product.
- Place AW robot next to the aircraft in WET WASH washing position.
- Select the washing program from the operating panel depending on the aircraft model.
- Apply wet wash fluid on the brush before washing.
- Wash the fuselage with AW robot.
- Some critical areas can’t be washed with AW robot, so wash them manually.
