OXIDE CONVERSION PART 1 HDL 2524 P 20L-5.3GAL PLAST PAIL is the concentrated liquid permanganate component of HDL 2524, a two-part product used as part of a multi-stage process to assist in the removal of oxides and complex metallic heat scales from jet engine components.
HDL 2524 P is used together with HDL 2524 C, which consists of liquid caustic alkali. The liquid formulation is easy to handle and provides highly effective oxidation of complex heat scales without corrosion to ferrous and high temperature alloy base metals.
