HDL 202 20L/30KG PLAST PAIL
HDL-202 is a heavy duty alkaline decarbonizer and descaler for removing carbon deposits, complex metallic oxides and heat scale from hot sections of jet engines during aircraft maintenance. It provides consistent bath performance, causes no hydrogen embrittlement and is approved for use on high-strength or high heat-resistant alloys.
DECARBONIZER / DESCALER HDL 202 20L/5,3GAL/30KG PLAST PAIL is a heavy duty alkaline liquid designed to remove carbon deposits, complex metallic oxides and heat scale from hot sections of jet engines during aircraft maintenance operations. It provides consistent performance even as the bath ages.
HDL-202 is a viscous liquid blend of strong alkalies and chelants. It conditions adherent scale for complete removal in subsequent processes, such as scale oxidation in an alkaline permanganate bath followed by scale removal in an acid bath. A 304 or 316 Stainless Steel Tank Unit is recommended for use.
