Microset 202 is a high-resolution, two-part silicone polymer for replicating metal surfaces, including metallurgical microstructures, rough surfaces, and cavities. It offers 0.05 μm resolution, less than 0.1% shrinkage, and a cured hardness of 45 Shore A for replicas suitable for optical and electronic microscope inspection.
Microset 202 Fluid Replicating Compound is a high-resolution, two-part silicone polymer optimized for replicating metal surfaces. Its free-flowing formulation supports easy application with minimal air entrapment and is suitable for replicating metallurgical microstructures, rough surfaces, cavities, and other surface features.
Microset 202 produces replicas suitable for accurate inspection using optical and electronic microscopes.
