SOCOSURF A1858 is the acid concentrated component for setting up the REACh compliant, Cr(VI) and fluoride free SOCOSURF A1858/A1806 immersion bath. It is used to etch, de-smut and deoxidize aluminium and its alloys after alkaline treatment, with a stable etch rate and consistent performance even as the bath ages.
DEOXIDIZER SOCOSURF A1858 1000L/264GAL PLAST TOTE PALLET PLAST is the acid concentrated component used to set up the SOCOSURF A1858/A1806 etching and deoxidizing bath. This REACh compliant, Cr(VI) and fluoride free aluminium surface treatment etches, de-smuts and deoxidizes aluminium and its alloys after alkaline treatment, providing a stable etch rate and consistent performance even as the bath ages.
The SOCOSURF A1858/A1806 bath is used by immersion and is especially suited for treatment prior to chromic conversion or solgel treatment such as SOCOGEL, anodising, penetrant inspection, chemical milling, bonding and welding operations.
